Sawyer Hill Tour Bus Accident: Singer Cancels Seattle, Salt Lake City, Vancouver and Portland Shows Following Tragic Incident

SEATTLE, Washington — Singer-songwriter Sawyer Hill has announced the cancellation of several upcoming tour dates following a tragic accident involving the artist’s tour bus last night, according to a statement shared on social media.

In an update posted to Instagram, Hill said the incident had forced the difficult decision to cancel scheduled performances in Salt Lake City on October 14, Seattle on October 16, Vancouver on October 17, and Portland on October 18, 2026.

The announcement expressed regret to fans who had been preparing to attend the shows, with Hill apologizing for the disruption and thanking supporters for their understanding during what was described as a difficult time.

“All tickets and VIP purchases will be refunded through the original point of purchase,” the statement said, assuring ticket holders that refunds would be processed through the channels where their purchases were made.

Hill also indicated that updates about the remaining tour schedule would be shared when more information became available. The artist expressed hope of returning to the affected cities in the near future.

Although the statement confirmed that an accident involving the tour bus had occurred, it did not disclose where the incident happened, what caused it, or whether anyone was injured. The number of people involved and the extent of any injuries have not been confirmed in the announcement.

The cancellations have left fans awaiting further information while offering support to the artist and touring team. For musicians and touring crews, unexpected incidents can affect not only scheduled performances but also the travel and logistical arrangements required to continue a tour safely.

Fans with tickets to the canceled shows are encouraged to monitor official announcements from Sawyer Hill and contact their original ticket providers for information about refunds.

For now, attention remains on the reported tour bus accident and the well-being of everyone who may have been involved. Further details are expected only if the artist or relevant authorities release additional information.
